Enrolled in a school, college, institution, or university in Uttar Pradesh.
Class 11: Passed Class 10 and enrolled in Class 11.
Class 12: Passed Class 11 and enrolled in Class 12.
Dashmottar Courses: Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Certificate, or Diploma courses.

How to Apply

Fresh Candidates: For new admissions in Class 11, 12, or Dashmottar courses.
Renewal Candidates: Use the previous year's registration number to update details.
Submit the form to the school/college within 3 days of completion.
Aadhaar Card is mandatory.
